A small but nice training tool: The Linebreaker CUBE!
At first glance, the Linebreaker CUBE consists of only four holds, but can be used in three different inclinations: So there would be twelve out the four holds and there are also several pinch combinations!
You can hang the CUBE (or two CUBEs) freely on a pole or branch, or you can hang weights with a carabiner and lift them off the floor. With the variant with weights, the training can be scaled very finely!
The Cube is therefore also suitable for travel or for warm-up on the rock in a heavy sector if the warm-up routes are missing!
Some, special holds-shapes can hardly be held on the trainingsboard even with two hands. If you e.g. most people will not lift the pinky individually, as a mono, so to speak, even with both hands. With the linebreaker CUBE it is also possible with e.g. 15kg load to train this grip-shape!
If certain handles on the training board with two hands are too light, but one arm too heavy, then the Linebreaker CUBE can be used as a middle ground: Simply put on a weight that is over half the body weight!
The linebreaker CUBE can also be used to train finger strength when a training break is actually arranged due to shoulder problems when hanging or the impingement syndrome! So when lifting weights off the floor doesn't cause pain.
