Delivery information and Costs

Shipping costs for Germany:

For delivery within Germany we charge from 50 € purchase value no shipping costs. Under 50 € purchase value, we charge 5.90 € for shipping.

For international (EU) deliveries we charge:

For EU countries, which belong to the zone 1 of DHL service, such as Austria, Benelux, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Italy, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Ireland, Finland, Greece we charge 9.90 €.

The delivery time of orders is approximately 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

Delivery times outside of Germany vary from 3 to 14 days.

Your orders are placed within 2-4 days for delivery.
Your order may be executed in multiple deliveries. You do have to pay for postage costs only once..

Our prices are gross prices including applicable VAT in Euro.

Shipping and special conditions for Switzerland:

Shipping to Switzerland via MeinEinkauf.ch:

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find all information at MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch takes care of all customs formalities and the delivery to your door for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, with customs clearance and cheap.

Shipping to Switzerland via DHL:

Delivery times outside of Germany vary from 3 to 14 days.

Your orders are placed within 2-4 days for delivery.
Your order may be executed in multiple deliveries. You do have to pay for postage costs only once.

The shipping costs are € 29.90 for Switzerland including customs fees.

Note: It may charged further duties and fees by customs.

If the billing address is outside the EU, the delivery address is within the EU, we attach to the package a signed certificate for the export tariff.
