There are many exercises for athletics, body tension and coordination training for climbers and boulderers.
The roadmap shows you the way from easy to difficult exercises across five difficulty levels!
In addition, the exercises are divided into five axes, which represent the focus of the exercise requirements according to the following criteria:
- Explosive power
- Maximum force
- Body tension
- Body tension / antagonists
- Coordination / antagonists
The color of the exercises refers to the exercise device:
- Green = pull-up bar
- Brown = floor
- Pink = rings
- Red = mini bars / parallettes
- Yellow = wall bars
