Right of withdrawal

You can revoke your order within two weeks without giving reasons (please see our Terms and Conditions for the full Conditions and further information about right of withdrawal).

The customer shall bear the cost of return shipments, if the delivered goods were those that were ordered, and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed the amount of 40 Euros, or in case of a higher price, the payment or a contractually agreed partial payment has not been provided in the time frame of the cancellation. Otherwise the return is free for you.

From a goods value higher than € 40.00, use a return form, which we make available to you or send the goods unpaid to us, we will reimburse you the cost of postage then.

Complaint, transport damages

The warranty is subject to the statutory provisions. At all during the statutory warranty period of two years from appearing delivery you have the legal right to remedy. We take no responsibility for any damage or defects resulting from improper use, handling and storage, negligent or improper care and maintenance, overuse or improper repair by an unauthorized service partner.

The failure of a claim or contact has for your statutory warranty rights no consequences. But they help us, to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
