BCAA have always been an integral part of their supplement plan for experienced strength and endurance athletes. The branched-chain amino acids or BCAA for short are essential and must be taken in daily with food. HYPER BCAA support a high intake of these important amino acids. 35% of the contractile proteins in the muscles are made up of them. After a protein-rich meal, BCAA's appear as the first amino acids in the blood and are quickly absorbed by the muscles. However, the BCAA levels in the blood decrease with prolonged, intensive training, as the body burns BCAA during exercise. The body then uses amino acids from muscle tissue to produce energy. This metabolic process breaks down muscles (catabolic state) as the proteins are burned. The result is that the muscles get smaller and weaker - exactly the opposite of what you were training for.
Hydrophilic effect: Thanks to our unique hydrophilic effect, the tablets are first broken up by the stomach acid and then in the intestine and processed faster than conventional tablets. The tablets are also suitable for taking 30-45 minutes before training.

If it is not possible to get a regular supply of protein drinks or foods rich in protein.
Tablets are suitable with meals to close amino gaps or to avoid longer ingestion holes (e.g. when you are out and about). But the tablets can also be used directly before or after training thanks to the hydrophilic effect. Tablets provide a greater amount of amino acids than capsules.
