Rectangular blocks of beech wood to train the pinch force.

Scope of supply: 1 block size large (length: 10cm, width: 8cm, height: 8cm) and a block small (length: 10cm, width: 4.5cm, height: 8cm)

 

At the blocks a weight can be attached by a Cord. However, it is also conceivable to attach the blocks to the ceiling, pull-up bar or similar and to hang on them.

Training goal is definitely to increase the maximum pinch force!
