The Ant Bar makes our Strong Ant I and Strong Ant III even more versatile. You only have to stick the Ant Bar into the anchor bushings, turned from stainless steel, and click it into place until it is secured. This allows to do exercises usually done on a classic pull-up bar. Removing the Ant Bar is exactly as easy as putting it on.
The Ant Bar is made from ash wood and stainless steel. We have the stainless parts made for us by a local blacksmith, however, the ash wood parts are made by us from certified non-laminated hardwood.
